I leverage emotional intelligence, wellness, and community building to help individuals break cycles of self-sabotage, optimize performance, and achieve meaningful goals. Over the past 7 years, I’ve guided over 200 clients and dozens of teams in gaining clarity, confidence, and connection by creating experiences that are both human-centered and results-driven.In addition to my work at Quintessential Living, I serve as a Certified Predictive Index Coach and Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence, applying proven tools to develop mindset, enhance performance, and build healthier relationships. Whether guiding someone through a personal breakthrough or facilitating wellness workshops for a team, my mission is to balance the head and heart work so people and teams can thrive. I’m always open to connecting with fellow changemakers, especially women and purpose-driven leaders serving the health, wellness, and nonprofit industries.
