I’m an East Texas native who enjoys podcasts and sneakers. Human Resources and Entrepreneurship is a passion of mine and I strive to grow in those areas daily. I am a fan of sports and yes, I will bandwagon to whatever team LeBron plays for. Consuming self-improvement media is a past time of mine and I pride myself on living by the Golden Rule.By day, I work as a Human Resource Strategy Manager collaborating with hospital leadership and COE’s to design and implement strategies to retain and engage our Associates. In this role, I’m heavily involved with supporting my team of four HR Business Partners as well as consulting with leadership, being a strategic partner and putting the correct pieces together to resolve inquiries. One of my main goals is to minimize risks and balance the needs of the organization with the needs of our Leaders and Associates.
