My career has been driven by a mission to bridge innovation, technology, and impact across the public, private, and philanthropic sectors. Early work in government and political campaigns sparked my passion for solving complex challenges, but it was my exposure to technology that showed me how it can drive transformative change through cross-sector collaboration.At BetterUp, I led initiatives that combined strategic planning and technology to align leadership and accelerate growth. I optimized the company’s Annual Planning process, co-led M&A efforts—including a self-sourced acquisition and inbound partnerships valued $90M+—and launched revenue-generating Professional Services units. I also co-developed analytics maturity programs and designed a customer insights engine, using data to drive better decision-making across the organization.At McKinsey, I advised leaders on global M&A integration planning, racial equity investments for regional revitalization, higher education transformations, and pandemic public health initiatives, seeing firsthand how technology and strategy can come together to tackle societal challenges.As co-founder of Audacity Labs (now Echo), I used technology and human-centered design principles to create innovative programs for underrepresented youth, securing $1M+ in grants and partnerships with Duke University, Amazon, EPA, Adobe, United Way, City of Durham, and many more.Whether in public policy, corporate development, or social entrepreneurship, I believe in the power of technology and innovation to drive sustainable growth and lasting change. I’m focused on helping organizations harness that potential to navigate complexity and scale their impact. Currently, I serve on the Board of Echo and volunteer once a week as an Alumni Expert Entrepreneur with Duke\'s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department.
