ABOUT QUIN THIELMANN
Despite my dislike for key buzzwords, if I had to describe myself in just one I would choose driven. I know this sounds very basic and that every other person considers themselves to be driven, but this is one thing that has remained a constant throughout my whole life and has enabled me to experience so many amazing opportunities. I hope it makes itself apparent here.Whether it be starting my own business making duct tape wallets at the age of 14 to fund a snowboard trip to New Zealand, getting my first job at 15, buying my first investment property at 19 or working 7 days a week as a property manager, actuary and coach for months straight I truly believe that I am driven. “Do what you love and you’ll never have to work a day of your life”. This is what my father has told me for as long as I can remember and it’s something that I live by, it motivates me to achieve excellence and push for greatness.I’ve pushed myself in all walks of life, having been a nationally ranked snowboarder throughout high school, working multiple part-time jobs in sales while completing my IB diploma, entrepreneurship from the start of it all and continuing my education in many facets. Today, I find myself as business student embracing all new challenges and experiences that come my way. I take initiative to gain real world experience, learn what I am not taught, gain insight into areas I am interested in and apply all my accumulated knowledge to accomplish what I set my mind to and make a lasting impression.
