About Quierra Rivera

Quierra (Q) is a driven and passionate woman with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in frontline service, management, sales, and operations. She pursues excellence with acclaimed national results and leadership accolades. Like many Americans, the pandemic shook her world upside down and downside up. She chose to exit the telecommunications industry in 2019 as a step of faith in a new direction near family in Wisconsin, only for a worldwide pandemic to throw a curveball in her plans. Hurdles are no match for Q though. Instead of brooding over furloughs, layoffs, and her newfound knowledge of the unemployment system, she chose to go back to the drawing board, reconsidering her purpose in life. If you are reading this, know that sometimes pain is your purpose. The most painful era of Q’s life has turned into the most inspirational. Her biggest passion and only goal is to help people reach financial success per their own definition. Success may mean buying a home for your parents, being debt free, owning a multimillion dollar business, or more. She believes everyone is capable of reaching their dreams.This growth mindset is what led Q to venture into banking. She took another step of faith and started as a Teller at Wells Fargo in 2022. Against everyone’s wishes due to her six-figure accomplishments, she knew this was the industry she was meant to be in. She was right. Her customers adore her, her coworkers lean on her, and her bosses know they can rely on her. She has changed people’s lives for the better. With rapid advancement, her ultimate goal is to be a Financial Advisor for the Greater Tampa Bay Area. In her spare time, she enjoys learning Spanish for her second family from Ecuador, long-distance running while listening to podcasts, cooking gluten-free international cuisine, traveling to family and new places, and volunteerism (specifically efforts to fight hunger and homelessness).
