The BU is focused on adoption and change management projects in productivity technologies that involve apps, services and devices, mainly focused on Microsoft 365.I also manage business development in Training stream aka PCSNET Emilia-Romagna, defining and promoting official courses and certifications for developers, IT Pros and End-Users.I\'m experienced in teaching software for Time Management (Outlook) and Project Management (Project) referring to Getting Things Done (GTD) from David Allen and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from Project Management Insitute (PMI).I manage e-learning projects based on LMS for Microsoft 365 (aka Zensai Learn365) and CyberSecurity Awareness programs based on multiple Security Awareness Training platform.
