ABOUT QUENTIN HUBERT

Quentin Hubert was born in Caen, France, in 1987. He received the M.S. degree in engineering physics and microelectronics from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, France, in 2010. He also holds a M.S. degree in optics and optoelectronics. He received the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and nanotechnologies from the University of Grenoble, France, in 2013. His PhD research deals with the optimization, electrical characterization and simulation of phase-change memory devices for stand-alone and embedded applications. In 2013, he joined the R&D department of STMicroelectronics in Rousset, France, where we worked for 7 years as an electrical characterization engineer first and then, as a process-integration engineer. His work focused on the development and industrialization of memory cells, transistors and passive devices for 40nm-node embedded non-volatile memory products. In 2020, he joined NAWATechnology, Rousset, France, where he worked as a product and quality engineer in order to industrialize carbon-nanotubes production for energy storage and composite materials applications.Specializations:* Product development and industrialization* Quality management system* Applied engineering physics, solid-state physics, semi-conductor devices* Electrical characterization and TCAD simulation* Non-volatile memory, electronic devices* Optics and optoelectronics
