ABOUT QUENTIN HUBERT
Quentin Hubert was born in Caen, France, in 1987. He received the M.S. degree in engineering physics and microelectronics from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, France, in 2010. He also holds a M.S. degree in optics and optoelectronics.He received the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and nanotechnologies from the University of Grenoble, France, in 2013. His PhD research deals with the optimization, electrical characterization and simulation of phase-change memory devices for stand-alone and embedded applications.In 2013, he joined the R&D department of STMicroelectronics in Rousset, France, where we worked for 7 years as an electrical characterization engineer first and then, as a process-integration engineer.
