With 5+ years’ experience in IT project management, I love to work with business and technical teams to bring new solutions to solve problems. I enjoy being able to analyze a situation and plan the best way to achieve the goal. I also like the fact that success doesn’t come from one person but instead is a result of team collaboration and solutions. As a consultant and project leader, I have held different roles contributing as a project coordinator, project manager and data migration manager. As a result, I have developed the ability to work in cross functional environments and navigate tough challenges. My past projects include- Launched first version of ServiceNow \"CSM – Customer Service Management\" solution as “BPM – Business Process Management” system, boosting productivity by 50% and saving +$300K by reviewing and redefining the project scope- Managed and led IT projects for a business-to-consumer (B2C) business, creating framework and timeline for new $872K budget e-commerce website, upgrade to “POS – Point Of Sales” software for in-store sales, and SAP ECC system- Oversaw data quality and migration from SAP for $1M investment in implementing new “PIM – Product Information Management” system.
