About Quentin Dorsey
As a student of Psychology, I’ve developed a growing love particularly for the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. More specifically, I’ve grown a strong interest in statistical analysis, people analytics, and the use of new technologies, namely game-based assessments within the workplace. I am dedicated to applying scientific research to improve the workplace for individuals and organizations. My passion for this field is rooted in my belief that when employees are supported, engaged, and empowered, they can achieve their full potential, thus leading to better business outcomes. Outside of my academic pursuits, I am passionate about travel, the arts, technology, and gaming. I am always seeking out new experiences and ideas, and I believe that my diverse interests have helped me develop a well-rounded perspective that will serve me well throughout my career.
