The Business Incubator Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of THE TED CENTER’s business Incubator program. This role involves providing strategic guidance, resources, and support to startup companies and entrepreneurs within the incubator. The Manager will oversee the growth and development of these businesses, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in the competitive market.Key Responsibilities1. Incubator Management & Operations• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business incubator, ensuring a productive and innovative environment for startups.• Develop and implement policies and procedures for incubator operations.• Coordinate the use of incubator facilities, resources, 2. Startup Development & Support• Identify and recruit promising startups and entrepreneurs for the incubator program.• Provide comprehensive business support services, including mentorship, training, and access to resources.• Assist startups in developing business plans, financial models, and marketing strategies.• Connect startups with potential investors, partners, and customers to facilitate growth and expansion.3. Program Development & Evaluation• Design and implement new programs and initiatives to support the growth of incubated businesses.• Monitor and evaluate the progress of startups within the incubator, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.• Track and report on key performance metrics for the incubator program, including job creation, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.4. Community & Stakeholder Engagement• Represent THE TED CENTER at community events, business forums, and networking opportunities.5. Compliance & Reporting• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing business incubation and economic development.• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to funding agencies
