Assisting with patient charting and instruction, documenting any care that is givenand reporting significant observations to the nursing staff. Assisting with patient hygiene, physical comfort, bathing, eating and drinking andmobility. Participating in cleaning and maintenance of medical equipment to assist indepartment function and regulation compliance. Transporting patients between rooms and appointments or testing locations. Assisting in Safety, Infection Control and Basic emergency care. Supporting Senior nurses with administering of medications. Observing patient skin conditions and reporting findings. Lifting patients using appropriate equipment in accordance with moving andhandling policy.
