I began as a researcher in astrophysics at CEA France and the Max Planck Institute in Germany, where I worked on infrared astronomy and data-driven research. In 2001, I transitioned into software development and R&D management for financial services, where I led strategic projects, international team growth, and agile transformation initiatives.
