   Manage and grow a team of network and system administrators for all internal IT needs and to support a.Net platform for external clients. Added one member since joining the team. Provide day-to-day leadership and priority for Infrastructure team. Set and manage long term projects for each team member. Maintain and improve all system infrastructures to ensure system uptime of 99.9% or better. Manage co-locations for data hosting and disaster recovery hosting. Negotiate contracts and manage all company hardware and software needs, provide operation reports and options for future growth for Executive team. Create annual infrastructure budget for future years. Research and recommend new technologies that would benefit the company to Executive team. Most recent technology approved by Executive team to implement in 2016 is the Hyperconverged Hardware platform, Nutanix. Manage physical and virtual security measures for local office, data centers and our production environments. Assist with the Security team to identify and remedy all risks to ensure Loopback is SOC II compliance – Loopback Analytics received its first SOC II compliance report on May 26, 2016. Work with Development team to set up a Blue/Green deployment environment for continuous deployment utilizing Octopus deployment, TeamCity, GIT, NGINX and customized PowerShell scripts.
