I originally wanted to enter the workforce as an Emergency and Disaster Planner. It was only after I experienced boots on the ground during Hurricane Harvey, that the light bulb went off and I realized that not having stable employment was an every day disaster. I pivot my passion, to providing better job opportunities. I\'m currently seeking opportunities where I can be a solution. I have mastered running a full desk at AVS. I mastered Account Management at Adecco. I mastered High Volume Recruiting working with Amazon. I learned the best hiring practices at Coca-Cola. I gained RPO experience working with T-ROC. I am currently teaching myself business development, client management, and other aspects of HR consultant. I am looking for a company where I can utilize the skills I mastered and improve on others. I just want to be a solution.
