With the acquisition of an energy company, the charter of the Enterprise Integration Program (EIP) is to integrate business processes and the SAP landscape. The merger of CenterPoint Energy (CNP) and Vectren resulted in a 2.5-year SAP integration project. The project was executed to integrate technology systems and related business processes as one company by replacing the back-office ERP technologies (Oracle) with SAP technologies. • Created and Managed Project Schedules for SAP technical teams using MS Project Online and DevOps (Software/Interface Development, Security and Controls, Infrastructure Build out, Test Management, Reporting & Analytics, and Data Management) • Supported the management of project change requests, issues, risks, dependencies, and key decisions • Provided input for resource and revenue forecasting • Supported functional, integration, UAT, regression, automated testing along with defect remediation • Led the project Infrastructure workstream, collaborated with Architecture, Server, OS, Storage, Virtualization, Network, and functional teams to develop system requirements and buildout of SAP technical solution (S/4HANA, ECC, SRM, CRM, EWM, FICO, BW HANA, PP) • Facilitated SAP environment builds, test system refreshes, and decommission of legacy infrastructure equipment • Managed implementation of SAP support packs • Supported SAP technical and business cutover planning and execution
