About Qingzhou Yan
I am a passionate software engineer and an aspiring designer who enjoys problem-solving, web-scale optimization work, and digital visual curating. I originally come from an architectural and interior design background. When I was in graduate school, I took two cs related courses, trying to utilize the power of coding to make my design more impactful. Since then, I have been hooked. During my professional experience as an interior designer, I was always looking for new opportunities to leverage the power of technology to make the design more inspirational and the process more efficient. I realized that I couldn’t shake this passion for coding. I find myself enjoying working on full-stack development because I have always paid much attention to both the visual aesthetic aspect and the functional efficiency of my work.
