PhD degree in material science with strong background in electrochemistry. My research centers on in-situ spectroscopic characterization of catalytic nano-materials with applications to fuel cells and batteries. Hands-on experience and sound working knowledge in synchrotron based spectroscopic technique of X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and R(R)DE. • All aspects of in situ XAS study including sample preparation, experiment conduction, data analysis, and result report in peer reviewed Journals, conferences, etc.• Knowledge of electrochemical instrumentation, physic-chemical characterization techniques such as SEM/EDS, TEM, XRD, BET, etc.• Effective oral/written communication, ability to work interactively in a multidisciplinary environment• Experience in proposal preparation and processing• LabVIEW – Graphical Programming for user interface development• SolidWorks – 3D parametric mechanical design software - for design and development of electrochemical and spectro-electrochemical cells
