   A/B Testing: Led a group of 3 analysts to complete the first A/B test experiment at BlackRock, including both engineering and analytical efforts in Python, which has impacted the prioritization of future sales campaigns by providing insights about past campaigns’ effectiveness on client engagement and net new flows 2. Machine Learning: Partnered with COO and identified main drivers that led to higher success rate of sales attempts through an empirical modeling approach in Python. Created a machine learning pipeline to generate timely and actionable signals for salespeople to engage with the harder to reach advisors, increasing the break-through rate by 3x 3. Natural Language Processing: Supervised 2 summer interns to build and enhance a search engine tool built in Python for Dow Jones news, which provides flexibility to Cash sales team to search for prospecting clients who recently conduct financial activities that indicate potential large cash inflows 4. Customer Segmentation: Leveraged multiple data assets using Python to create 4 distinct client profiles for over half million financial advisors, which provides data-driven insights on how the sales team can better manage relationships with their clients 5. Business Intelligence: Built real-time dashboards end to end in Python and Tableau for the COO team to monitor the allocation of sales effort and net new fund flows within BlackRock iShares business
