About Qian Wang

Qian is an experienced Packaging professions possess skills with packaging design development, prototyping, problem solve, verify and execute packaging design from concept phase to mass production. She designs structure begin with Artios CAD, prototype with Kongsberg table and validate ISTA drop and vibrate test on her own. She also has experienced in draft the assembly SOP, optimize the palletization and loading specification, define packaging cosmetic acceptance criteria and create the DOE qualification plans.She has launched 4 hero NPI packaging projects and 6 accessories projects in 3 years as packaging engineer lead. Qian has knowledge in packaging material/manufacturing process includes rigid box, molded fiber,corrugated,Labels Adhesive etc. She also experienced in different printing techniques/ process for diecut, emboss/deboss, silkscreen, flexography, lithography. She gains valuable experience in support product build overseas as a packaging engineer.Qian understand the premium packaging development not only needs to achieve robust performance but also ease the out of box experience to end of user. She also has knowledge how to balance sustaining packaging with cost efficient solution. She has a great energy and spirit, which she brings to her work and partnership with diverse teams.
