Leveraged historical performance and real-time SCAC metrics to identify top candidates for promotions. Integrated advanced selection logic and a dynamic payment accumulator to automate eligibility checks and payouts. Enabled scalable, efficient incentive distribution, facilitating €3.6M in targeted payouts with improved transparency and reduced manual effort.
