Over 25 years experience, currently leading architect for Digital Transformation and lead Technical Design Authority across a number of global clients for Agilisys. My career started from development moving into solution design, architecture, Digital APIs, bid work, innovation and solution integrations. Over the past 10 years, as a solution architect, I have led technical teams on IT separation/integration for mergers, acquisitions and/or transformations of the entire IT estate of a company, along with designing and implementation mass migrations of users, devices and data. My experience of Digital Transformations to Office 365/Cloud/End User Computing, saw me working alongside Microsoft, Accenture, IBM, Intel and leading on technical solution delivery. Within my current role, I have also bee a driving force in enhancing design standards, leading Technical Design Authority across multiple disciplines and managing delivery and approval processes. Working with Agilisys,(a leading Office/Azure preferred supplier with Microsoft and a key actor in Digital Transformation) I have provided expertise to many clients and transferred knowledge to architects on delivering transformations at a large scale to the Public Sector IT, Universities, and providing consultancy to the State of Guernsey complete digital transformation-Modernising local Government Authorities’ IT and moving their infrastructures to enable Modern Management and Cloud-First ambitions-Identifying and understanding business vision and designing solutions to support major commercial activities-Producing detailed technical designs of complex public sector transformations, mergers, and acquisitions -Securing data, systems and devices in line with NCSC recommendations, NEP Blueprint Secure Score, PSN Compliance and GDPR requirements-Adding value through Data Life Cycle Management, Governance, Training and Adoption strategies and developing actionable plans
