Managing planning & scheduling functions within the maintenance and production department for Plant wide semi-annual outages and projects based on outage program and maintenance history.Planning, creating and managing the execution of Maintenance budgets, OPEX, MMP and CAPEXFacilitating the purchasing aspect of all maintenance, repairs and operations (MRO) elements required to support business production (ERP- Fourth shift). Creating purchase requisitions and attain required approvals from all North American approval authorities based on dollar value.Establishing maintenance annual contracts and services agreements for all critical equipment with OEM or OEM approved service providers and renewing all contracts within three months of due date.Establishing and organizing all spare parts inventory under CMMS functions (FIIX) and ensuring the availability of critical spares under optimize inventory program.Creating Task Lists, Functional locations, equipment bill of material for new equipment. Reviewing, monitoring and updating it for existing equipment periodically.Identifying scope of work for executing cost / energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) expenditures to work within the budget. Optimizing inventory for critical spares as per repair/replace strategy with the view of non-moving or slow-moving items.Formulating and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for maintenance functions such as Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance, Work Order (WO) compliance, Regulatory compliance, machine performance ratio, availability, downtime, and overall maintenance cost.Preparing and presenting maintenance Balance Score Card (BSC) reports/statistics to the management on monthly basis to focus on improvements.Supporting engineering department for any required spares, raw material and arrange external services to upgrade machines obsolete spares and update schematics and blueprints.
