Troubleshooting in the areas of automation, electrical and instrumentation to support continuous operation of the processing plant. • Responsible for maximizing plant operational efficiency, reliability, and safety to meet the requirements and needs of respective business stakeholders. • Worked with Allen Bradley PLC/HMI programming, plant network architecture design/troubleshooting, control system design/upgrades and troubleshooting existing systems and processes. • Assistance to the operators in the boiler room and wastewater for operational issues. • Monitoring and control of plant process parameters conditions. • Troubleshooting and monitoring of the control panels for display and operational issues. • Management of troubleshooting tools and documentation. • Create and track SAP notifications for malfunctioning equipment, and report and monitor completion. • Provide and Track work orders and part numbers for Maintenance management system SAP. • Installation and maintenance of Vision system. • Maintenance of analyzers, scales, printers, cameras, and scanners. • Creating and Updating PFDs, P & IDs, and maintenance procedures. • Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT system (PCs, communication network). • Commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Fisher valves, regulators, Rosemount transmitters (flow, level, temperature, pressure). • Assistance to operators for continuity of operational issues and take necessary actions to troubleshoot upsets and abnormalities. • Monitoring the field instruments, recording data from plant control system and report deviations. • Providing the daily work report and ensuring correct communication practice during shift handover. • Investigate the malfunctioning of equipment and perform root cause analysis.
