Supports the FAA and the Airport Data and Information Portal (ADIP) program deriving and documenting policy requirements against software functionality. Provides advisory and technical writing skills in support of FAA Office of Airport (AAS-120) managed Orders, Advisory Circulars (AC), Engineering Briefs (EB), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Program Guidance Letters (PGL), and Staff Memos. Interfaces with FAA technical teams to interpret, review, and design automation requirements that meet established operational criteria and ensures end user functionality. Provides interpretation and compliance guidance for FAA Airports GIS aeronautical survey data collection projects and application criteria including: AC 150/5300-13, 150/5300-16, 150/5300-17. Coordinates with external lines-of-business within identified processes to provide issue resolutions, actions, and recommendations in all facets of AAS-120\'s realm of responsibility. Develops and reviews new system tool training products that directly contribute to functional ADIP system comprehension. Performs senior (Tier 2) issue resolution for the FAA ADIP system Help Desk. Assists with user system registrations, permissions, system workflows, data requirements, survey project error identification and fix actions, and provides technical interpretations for application of standards. Provides technical feedback and functional support in all aspects of AAS-120\'s realm of responsibility.
