Manage the Design process owning the Design calendar and the critical path.\\\\n• Lead the Design team with existing and new processes to reflect business strategies.\\\\n• Streamline processes to improve efficiency both internally and with external partners.\\\\n• Responsible for the coordination of the Japan Design team with regular trips to Tokyo.\\\\n• Design the full Accessories range including all bags, small leather goods, caps, beanies, scarves, belts, socks, jewellery and gift items.\\\\n• Delivery of the new lifestyle category collaborating with brands such as Project audio on a turntable and Davida on a scooter helmet.\\\\n• Create research documents using Fred Perry archive, detailed market analysis and wider creative resources to implement during early design stage.\\\\n• Regular contact with development team on all aspects of product delivering tech packs, comments and technical drawings for suppliers whilst considering factory costs and target margins.\\\\n• Work with a variety of materials such as polyester, nylon, cotton, wool and apparel fabrics including working with British suppliers such as Ventile and Halley Stevensons.\\\\n• Close communication with a broad range of factories specialising in a range of products based in the UK, Europe and Asia.\\\\n• Range build with merchandisers based on sales information from both retail and wholesale to create seasonal product strategies and the critical path.\\\\n• Completion with distinction grade in L3 Team Leader course part of the Chartered Management Institute.\\\\n• Actively mentoring, coaching and delivering lectures with programmes at Nottingham Trent university and the Fashion Retail Academy.\\\\nAdvanced knowledge of Adobe software including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
