Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to internal and external customers.• Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.• Proactively identify new customers, and build an effective and profitable relationship.• Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques.• Dealing with technicians, automotive engineers, fleet customers and over-the-phone and walk-in customers everyday to supply the necessary parts by using Microcat EPC, ordering them through Keyloop and Kerridge system to PartsPlus PDC to fulfill their job requirements, raise DTA in fmcdealer system to follow-up and monitor back order parts.•Effective sourcing of Ford and non-Ford parts through various supply chain channels and local UK sources to support multi-brand workshop servicing (e.g, Dealer-to-Dealer (D2D) opportunities, etc.)• Prepare pre-picked parts every day to ensure timely supply without any delays for technicians/engineers.• Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up-to-date at all times. Monitor inventory daily (18K GBP value), return parts from technicians/engineers and customers to the PDC to prevent negative and non-stock situations. Receive parts daily from shipments and ensure timely book-in in the system to maintain a balanced stock.•Ensure all the warranty surcharge parts are kept and returned properly within payment proceed due to avoid extra cost on the dealer. • Ensure the parts warehouse area is safe and clean, and that parts are properly stored according to Ford standards.• Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with TrustFord’s PPA.
