I am currently a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, and I am working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with a Major in Finance and a collateral in Accounting. My strength in Individualization shines in my ability to strategically organize teams for optimal performance, demonstrated in my role as a project manager where I effectively coordinated subcontractors and cleaning crews, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity. My professional experience includes my current role as an Investment Analyst Intern at AJ Capital Partners in Nashville, where I am excited to develop further Real Estate Skills and learn more about the investment industry. Previously, I served as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at The Kirkland Company, where I underwrote seventeen multifamily properties, conducted market research across six Midwestern cities, developed rent comps through direct outreach to property managers, as well as various essential company tasks. I also gained exposure to related fields such as development, retail, and wealth management through weekly industry networking meetings.
