   Responsible for overseeing N4 Public Works operations, management encompasses a wide array of critical functions. These include facility improvements, sustainment, and military construction. In addition to infrastructure enhancements, public works operations involve overseeing essential service contracts to maintain operational capability. This ensures shore power and resiliency, enabling port operations for Naval Base Point Loma’s submarine and ship porting fleet. Simultaneously, facilitation of multiple tenant infrastructure and service operations occurs, including but not limited to NAVWAR, NIWC-PAC, and US Navy 3rd Fleet Operations.
