Success in timely delivery of IND candidates and in enabling critical GO/NO GO decisions.• Leading diligence teams for in-licensing and managing external collaborations. • Head of Discovery and Manage currently a diverse Preclinical IO and Cell Therapy Portfolio for BMS (prior Celgene), driving key internal and external strategy, providing updates and risk management scenarios to R&D and Executive Management and in identifying gaps/options to expand/diversity portfolio.• Managed Autoimmune Disease Research Portfolio for Novo Nordisk. Defined the strategy and progress of preclinical projects in pipeline and in providing updates on portfolio to Senior Management, including milestone deliverables, resourcing and risks. • Project Management Experience as Project Manager for multiple projects (Discovery to IND stage) and as Scientific Lead for Development Projects (Phase 1 to Phase 2 PoC)- extensive expertise working with Business Development in Scouting and evaluating opportunities, executing transaction phase of BD and serving as JSC lead or Board Observer for partnership companies.
