The role of a trainer or consultant is to empower the customer, not to make himself indispensable” This quote by Bertrand Meyer aptly sums up my profession. As a consultant, I believe in helping clients transform their business and in making them self-sustainable. In the last 20 years, I have delivered revenue growth, cost reduction, process efficiency improvement and holistic performance improvement for clients across India and Middle East. I have worked with six different promoters and understand the importance of delivering tangible outcomes through pilots. I have three abilities that make me stand out in the crowd. First is my ability to understand the issue and experiment with different contextual solutions. Second is my ability to use relevant data and dashboards effectively to provide insights and recommendations to CXOs, and Promoters. Third is my ability to align people, processes and technology for strategy execution and performance excellence. Each business comes with its own set of problems and challenges that need to be addressed at the grassroot level. I adhere to a rigorous ‘Cascade- Measure- Analyze- Course Correct-Review’ cycle to ensure that plans are executed on ground. My diverse experience of working with renowned companies such as PwC, Avalon, KPMG and Future Group gives me an edge during implementation.
