PV SubbaRao is a global technology and business leader with over 25 years of hands-on, results-driven experience spanning enterprise sales, executive relationship management, technology consulting, operations, and building high-performance global teams across Healthcare and Life Sciences.Currently, PV heads the Healthcare business at NTT DATA, leading transformation across North America Providers, Government Healthcare, and critical Health Plan segments. In this general management role, he is responsible for growth, sales and revenue acceleration, and operational excellence, working closely with senior leaders across the U.S, Canada, and extended global regions to help healthcare organizations modernize, scale, and innovate.Previously, PV led the Healthcare & Life Sciences business at Rackspace Technology, where he built the vertical-centric operating model from the ground up and helped establish Epic hosting on private cloud, which evolved into the largest third-party Epic infrastructure managed services offering. Prior to that, he managed Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales and Delivery across the Americas at Rackspace, delivering exceptional growth and playing a key role in Rackspace’s successful IPO in August 2020.Earlier, PV served as a Client Executive at NTT DATA Services (formerly Dell Services), helping manage a $175M+ annual global P&L for strategic U.S. healthcare provider accounts while leading integrated consulting and delivery teams.PV also held senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and Optum, where he drove global adoption initiatives, enhanced captive operations, and led a $185M cost takeout program. At Optum, he contributed to acquisition assessments for global scalability and led product engineering for revenue cycle and billing solutions, now part of Optum360.PV spent over 11 years at Wipro in multiple leadership roles across geographies and was part of the executive client engagement team overseeing a $1B North America services business and a $250M Healthcare vertical.PV holds a Master’s degree from IIT Bombay, an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and is based in Orange County, California.
