Responsible for setting up and delivering the Wind Project Construction activities across PAN India.• Identified potential GO allotments and created a pipeline of 1.5GW• Land acquisition for 400MW of wind power project in project at Gadag District (85% of land along with pathways were procured in 8 months) with First Time Right ( FTR) approach.• Developing & Implement frameworks for effective project monitoring and control – create buffers and optimization opportunities and proactive identification of risks and issues to support Project teams and Management • Develop best practices and tools for project management. Adhere to established project management standards for issues and risk management, project status communication and project close-out activities.• Analyzing construction sites with sponsors and local environments to determine appropriate measures for strategy building• Provide regular analysis/metrics on project status. Define and manage key metrics and performance analytics. Provide Program Management consulting services using Program and Project Management best practices. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
