I am SOC Engineer with hands-on experience in 24x7 security operations, specializing in security monitoring, alert triage, incident response, and threat investigation. I work extensively with Google SecOps (SIEM+SOAR and Threat Intelligence) & SOAR to analyze and correlate logs from endpoint, network, email, and cloud environments to detect, validate, and respond to malicious activities.I investigate phishing and email-based threats using Proofpoint Email Gateway, performing email header forensics, URL and attachment analysis, and implementing blocking controls to prevent business email compromise, credential harvesting, and malware delivery. Using CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, I conduct endpoint threat analysis, process lineage investigation, persistence detection, and containment actions to neutralize active threats.I have practical experience with Microsoft Azure Sentinel for incident investigation, KQL-based threat hunting, analytics rule tuning, and correlation across Azure AD and Defender telemetry. My approach is aligned with the MITRE ATT & CK framework, including IOC validation, threat intelligence enrichment, and proactive hunting to detect lateral movement, defense evasion, and privilege escalation.I focus on SLA-driven incident management, root cause analysis, and preparation of clear technical reports while collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen security posture. I actively contribute to SOAR automation and playbook development to reduce MTTR, improve detection accuracy, and enhance SOC efficiency in fast-paced environments.
