Internship at PT PELNI (Persero) Semarang Branch involved vessel scheduling, verification of shipping documents, supervision of cargo/passenger handling, and ensuring compliance with port and maritime regulations. At Columbia Shipmanagement Indonesia, supported the crewing department in crew recruitment, certificate verification, interview scheduling, database maintenance, and contract preparation in line with international standards. A combination of academic background and practical experience has equipped me with operational and human resource management skills to contribute effectively in the maritime, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
