ABOUT PUSPENDU ADHIKARI
With over nine years of work experience in the fields of electrical engineering, environment health and safety, and marketing, I am currently pursuing my PhD in Human Factors and Design at IIT Kanpur. During my Masters in Industrial Design at Jabalpur, I developed my skills in innovative ideation, user research, and problem solving by empathizing users, and applying them to various design projects through software like Figma, Rhino, Keyshot, Adobe illustrator, Adobe photoshop.I completed a three-month internship at EnthuDes Design, where I contributed to the design and development of innovative products and services for various clients. My core competencies include innovative ideation, 3D modeling, industrial design, Ergonomics and Human Factors design. I acquired and demonstrated Safety management, risk management, and project management knowledge in my previous roles as Deputy Manager EHS at Tata Projects and Senior EHS Engineer at Larsen & Toubro. My mission is to design products and services that are user-centric, sustainable, and socially responsible, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the field of user experience design and industrial design.
