I’m Pushyamithra Pabbaraju, an engineering management professional with a U.S. master’s degree from Wichita State University (May 2024) and a background in civil & structural engineering, currently working at the intersection of execution, systems, and product thinking.My experience spans U.S, Indian, and African markets, where I’ve worked in GMP/FDA-regulated environments (Fagron Sterile Services, USA), led process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives, and managed end-to-end projects across geographies. Today, as a Project Manager – Biotech at Mercola (US-based), I work closely with global vendors, RFQs, supply chain coordination, and cross-border teams to move products from concept to execution under real-world constraints.What differentiates me is a hybrid profile—combining marketing, international trade, supply chain, and operations with structured execution. I’ve delivered 100+ lectures and training sessions in marketing and trade, led workforce development programmes with government and industry partners, and built SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs that actually get used.I’ve held leadership roles in academic governance as Secretary of the IISE Wichita Chapter and as an International Senator at Wichita State University, contributing to large-scale decision-making and institutional initiatives. My toolkit includes Lean Six Sigma, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, CAD, project planning, and process optimisation.I’m especially interested in product management and product-adjacent roles that focus on problem discovery, prioritisation, trust, and execution at scale—where decisions matter more than slides.
