Working in WNS Global Services as an Analyst and having experience in Secondary Research, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, News writing, client handling, Dashboard, MS Office, Pivot Table, Capital IQ, Quality Assurance, Customer service, Team Handling, Planning and Negotiations. And also analyzing annual reports, financial statements, investor presentation, 10-k report of companies, and handling multiple projects single handedly and meeting targets with desired quality consistently. And also I have to train new joiners and allocate targets to them and track their productivity and performance. Before WNS Global Services, I was working in KENT RO SYSTEMS Ltd. I had great learning and experience there. There I was dealing in B2B sales, where my work was to handle retail stores, which were selling our products. There I was also handling team of GL\'s(group leader) and ISP\'s(In store promoters) in which GL\'s are involved in direct sales and were doing promotional activities. My work was to handle and manage GL\'s and ISP\'s and take report from them, analyse their activities and train them for better handling of customers. I have completed MBA in Operations & Marketing and done Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from L.P.U. I am a very straight forward person and have extrovert personality. I can work in any scenario whenever, wherever necessary. I am very passionate about learning and I think, learning is continuous process and it should not be stopped. That\'s why currently I am learning business analytics so that I can enhance my career and also can contribute for the growth of organisation.
