Currently, as a Category Manager, I am responsible to scale Amazon Wholesale which is Amazon’s 1P seller entity in Hardline categories to achieve the 0 to INR 10 Bn annual GMS goal in 2026.Earlier, as a Program Manager at Amazon, I ensured improvement of sellabilty of returned goods and timely sales of upstream and downstream rejection inventory across all warehouses in India, while meeting category-level revenue targets and warehouse-level space goals.Prior to the PM role, I worked as a Workforce Scheduler and Analyst at Amazon, where I forecasted, planned, and scheduled WW AHS operations, meeting service level goals and occupancy targets across six sites. I also handled capacity planning, training plan, routing management, and performance reporting for new queue launches and existing AHS verticals. I have a B.Tech. degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, and I am proficient in Excel, Python, Web automation, GACD, CCM, and Alvaria. I am a collaborative team player with an ownership mentality and a track record of delivering high-quality strategic solutions to resolve challenges, propel business efficiency, and optimize outcomes.
