My focus is on water supply, wastewater management, financial assessments, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance with mission guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Project MonitoringOversee and monitor project execution across 8 ULBs under the Raipur Division.Coordinate with external departments such as NHAI, PWD, CSPDCL, Railways, WRD, PHE, etc, to resolve inter-departmental issues and obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs).Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely implementation in accordance with AMRUT 2.0 timelines and quality standards. Bid Evaluation & Financial AssessmentEvaluate technical and financial bids submitted by Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) to ensure compliance with AMRUT 2.0 guidelines.Analyze financial expenditure data, ensuring efficient fund utilization. Water Supply & Wastewater ManagementSupport the implementation of 24x7 water supply systems and ‘drink from tap’ projects, improving urban water accessibility.Assist in planning and monitoring STPs, optimizing wastewater treatment and reuse strategies. AMRUT 2.0 Collaboration Platform & Saturation RoadmapManage data entry and reporting for the Saturation Roadmap, ensuring real-time project tracking.Identify service gaps and contribute to strategies for 100% water supply and sanitation coverage.
