Keeping myself within the ambit of a work area, I have 4 years of experience working in the development sector. During these 4 years I got the opportunity to work in organizations like Maharshi Welfare Foundation, Sri Aurobindo Society - Rupantar and Piramal Foundation. The skills I acquired by working in all these organizations are included in the experience section below-Based on the skills available with me and working in the above organizations, I have also had some achievements. Which are as follows - Organized more than 55 successful Gram Sabhas while working in the work areas of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh state. Arrangement of library in more than 20 schools in Chhattisgarh Dantewada district. Due to which more than children are getting benefitted every year. Repairing of three primary and secondary schools in Chhattisgarh Dantewada district. Installation of 2 career paths in Government New College Katekalyan of Dantewada district. Data analysis and cross verifying of more than 150 Anganwadi buildings due to disputes between District Panchayat and Women and Child Development Department. To assess the impact of more than 700 students of Dantewada district through tools. Bringing more than 200 school dropouts to school in Dantewada district. To increase the reading skills of the children of Dantewada district, more than 400 people got Google Read Along app downloaded. Which is designed by Google. Training on FLN and TLM to more than 100 teachers of Dantewada district. To train more than 150 teachers and health department frontline workers of Dantewada district on malaria awareness campaign. Teaching more than 25 Panchayats of Dantewada district to do Participatory Rural Appraisal and training them for making Gram Panchayat Development Plan. Training more than 150 Anganwadi workers of Dantewada district on nutrition, education and activities to be done with children. Preparation of Voluntary Learning Forum Group of more than 50 Anganwadis in Dantewada district. Making more than 50 volunteers in Dantewada district. Getting an opportunity to work closely with the district administration. In which I worked and learned together with more than 20 departments of the government.
