Associated with PAN India biggest Project of (2lac/Sq/ft) Warehouse.• Managing the entire warehouse operations (Inward, Put away, Inventory, Picking, Order processing, Invoicing, Packaging, Outward).• Handling SKU with 1,04,600 locations for Apparel, Footwear, Mobiles, Baby products, Consumer electronics, beauty products, groceries, health and personal-care items, kitchen items, Jewelry, Watches, Sporting goods, tools, Automotive items and toys & games, Major Appliance or Domestic Appliance & White goods. • Effectively planning & managing team of approx. 260 employees including, Team Leader & Semi Skilled executives for 24x7 days outbound & Delivery operations.• Responsible for O2M as per TAT.• Responsible for NDD/SDD, Ship to near, Ship together, SD Instant, Exclusive orders as per TAT.• Continuous monitoring KPIs to track team motivation and to drive improvement (Kaizen), 6S (5S + Safety) implementation. • Ensuring adequate strategic & operating plans (SOP), KPIs & ERP customization to ensure effective and smooth supply chain operations, customer\'s order management & fulfillment and outline of objectives to meet financial and operating targets of the organization.• Managing per day orders • Managing In outward Material Invoicing-Packing-Packman-Segregation-Manifest-Dispatch-Distributions.• Effectively coordinated with Inventory team, Inward & QA Team and Logistics Partners (Vulcan, Blue dart, FedEx, Gati, Speed Post Transport, Ecom plus, Go javas, Xpressbees, Delhivery, JV Exp, SP-Del etc.) for timely availability of material and delivery of shipments within defined SLA’s.• Analytic skills and process oriented, analyzing the warehouse breach and come with proper resolutions with complete RCA & CAPA for better utilization of 3M. • Successfully implemented all new SOP projects without hampering normal day to day process.
