About Pushpam Kathe
Currently manage the Incident Management Program for 3rd Party Datacenter Operations at Google. I work on developing a sustainable and robust process for managing high severity incidents and executive escalations affecting DC infrastructure primarily hosting Google Cloud and ML services supporting Google’s GenAI. I partner with the Colo providers, DC technicians, SRE and Cloud Service owners to resolve business critical outages and provide detailed postmortem reports to improve operating procedures. Previously worked at VMware as escalation manager where I got the opportunity to be the primary liaison for the APAC and APJ region assisting the regional support and sales organizations in handling high priority customers. During my 7+ years at VMware I got to utilize and hone my customer escalation management and executive communications skills to successfully resolve high business impact incidents for large enterprises.I was deputed to VMware Tokyo office for 2 years to build the Workspace ONE support and account management team from the ground up and trained the new hires to successfully manage high revenue clients within the region.I am always looking forward to connecting with the LinkedIn community and learning from the varied experiences beneficial to the Cloud domain.
