   In this role I have the mandate of establishing the Advanced Analytics Service line for Oil & Gas, Utilities, Services and Resources industry segments that can bring specialized skills to our customers in the area of applied data science. Over the last few years, we have been able to establish a large customer base that includes some of the leading names in their respective industry segments. I am proud to be associated with some path-breaking work we have done with our customers like spatial optimization of health facility sites for a country in African sub-continent, Computer Vision based detailed game annotation to power the insights on our Tennis Platform that is used across two grand slams, Fraud detection across varied scenarios like procurement, commodity trading and airline booking and using aspect-based sentiment analysis to take operational decisions across multiple customer contexts. We now have a high performance team that is built on a foundation of continuous skills development and specialization. This has helped us expand our presence across a wide set of user requirements and work in some of the flagship digital products that our customers are building. As more of our customers are taking their models to production and integrating these models with their products, we have taken a three pronged approach to support them in this journey- Build a highly skilled team on Cloud based ML platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Palantir)- Adopt a tools and templates based approach to automate and improve customer’s existing model development and deployment efforts- Implement an integrated execution model where multi-functional teams can deliver a product together.
