I lead a team of 175 professionals across multiple shared service centers spanning four regions, managing the sales service line to achieve standardized delivery, productivity, and business growth. My key focus areas include driving service automation, standardizing processes, and enhancing resource utilization to improve response times and business partner satisfaction. I develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with DGFF’s product vision, delivering on budget, revenue, and EBIT targets, while championing learning and development programs to build team competencies and leadership capabilities
