   Responsible for meeting the reporting needs and managing the development and testing plan for Archer Sprints (using Agile Methodology); also led a team of 10 teammates with Archer upgrade projects. • Created and maintained reports aimed at regulatory, federal (MRA’s), executive, audit committee and ad-hoc reporting. • Closely worked with the Professional Practices and Risk Assessment Team to ensure existing audit, regulatory, federal and confidentiality procedures were adhered to and methodology updates were enforced through Archer system enhancements. • Helped streamline the end-to-end process of implementing Archer functionality starting from crystalizing business and system requirements, deciding sprint scope, creating test scripts, liaising with developers and testers, defect resolution, to successful implementation within predefined timelines and drafting sprint communication. • Provided prompt, consistent and effective customer support (as a part of a team of two) to help 170 Auditors with reporting needs and post-implementation guidance; helped troubleshoot audit methodology and system problems.
