Performing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA), and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and implementing corrective actions. Design and incorporate process design improvements using ASPEN HYSIS/PRO II. HAZOP, SIL, safety risk assessment, analysis and management to maintain highest level of safety in plant operation. Develop and Implement systems to improve and sustain value in the areas of health, safety, environment, equipment reliability, utility consumption, and cost. Develop, modify and review operational procedures(SOP)
