   I was born and brought up in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and needless to say, I am also a big fan of Kebab and Biryani. Apart from being a mild foody, I am also an automobile enthusiast and I dream of having my own collection of bikes someday. I currently own 6 motorbikes and a car :( In 2011, I started my career with an event management company as an intern, and was later shifted to the cold calling department, where my then colleagues made me realise who I am today. I switched to multiple industries along the way in order to search for the right direction, but it was only back in 2017 when I realized that \"Mobile Adtech\" is the industry to go for and I went ahead to start One Engine Media Works in 2019. One Engine is a global unified platform for advertisers. Our capabilities are, but not limited to Mobile Performance, Branding, Lead Generation and Programmatic Advertising. From highly satisfying days to the most anxious ones, from surging profits to reduced cash flows, my role as a founder includes everything that a founder does and sees in his company.I don\'t like over smart people and my curse is that I can identify them at the first go, but at the same time I hesitate to confront them, just because I am afraid to embarrass or make them uncomfortable. I truly value and support individual growth, but I believe it should be achieved through personal efforts, rather than by taking advantage of others\' accomplishments:)
