   As a co-owner and CEO of PITA DEPOT, my role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a distribution company that specializes in pita bread and other bakery products. I manage a team of employees who handle tasks such as customer service, sales, logistics, and inventory management.My responsibilities include making strategic decisions that impact the company\'s growth and profitability, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the food industry, and building and maintaining relationships with a network of 5-10 bakeries. I negotiate contracts, set pricing, and establish product specifications to ensure that we are offering the best quality products to our customers.Our product specialty is pita bread, and we offer a wide range of options to our customers, including different sizes, thickness, and types of flour used. In addition to pita, we distribute other bakery products, such as lavash, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, challah, baklava, and croissants.Overall, my role as a CEO of PITA DEPOT is to ensure that the company is running smoothly and efficiently, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and maintaining strong relationships with our network of bakeries. I am passionate about the food industry and am committed to delivering the best quality products and services to our customers.
