As the Global Energy Leader at EY, I oversee the Transfer Pricing and Economics Practice that generates global revenue in excess of $25 million. With 27+ years of experience in professional services and 35 years of tax and business consulting, I am a market leader and sector expert in energy transfer pricing and economics, serving clients across the oil and gas, power and utilities, and renewable energy industries. I have successfully developed and executed a complete strategy refresh of the new business line, restructured teams to work horizontally across the global organization, and enhanced the marketing and client service capabilities. As a result, I have achieved double-digit revenue growth each year, increased the margin, and improved the efficiency of the practice. I have also built and collaborated with the Offshore Global Delivery Services team in Bangalore, India, which has grown to over 400 professionals and delivered revenue growth CAGR of 15% and headcount growth of 10%. I am passionate about building inclusive work environments and have mentored and sponsored over 20 executive level professionals to achieve promotion to the partnership. My mission is to provide leading transfer pricing and economics solutions for energy transition, including supply chain and intellectual property optimization, complex transfer pricing audits, BEPS compliance and transformation strategies, and technology investments.
